Currently we feature seven distinct flavours of pocket chocolate bars. It may fit in your pocket but the flavour is bigger.
Each bar suggests a perfectly matched beverage to go along with the bar of your choice. Whatever you’re in the mood for, we have it. All handmade with as much locally sourced ingredients as we can find, to compliment the fine Belgian chocolate we use. Luxurious 70% single origin dark chocolate, a creamy semi-sweet 55% dark chocolate. Can’t forget about the milk and white chocolates to of course.
Pocket bar flavours:
Caramello – 55% Dark Belgian chocolate surrounds a creamy inside layer of caramel, lightly top with fleur de sel sea salt from Vancouver Island, B.C.
Oranji – 55% Dark Belgian chocolate with the sweet hint of summer orange and the tang of goji berries.
Espresso – 33% Milk chocolate(Belgian) with locally roasted espresso beans.
Midnight – 70% Single origin dark chocolate, pure and simple. Not bitter like many 70%
Nut’n better – 33% Milk chocolate (Belgian) accompanied with a mix of cracked roasted almonds and golden raisins.
Peppa – 55% Dark Belgian chocolate with Italian cracked pepper.
Ummm – 55% Dark Belgian chocolate with bits of toffee and peanut butter.

Perfectly roasted espresso beans, cracked and mixed with a creamy 33% milk chocolate is like a latte in bar form. The contrasting flavours of the nutty roasted espresso flavour with the sweetness of the creamy milk chocolate is perfect with a steamed milk. A great after dinner accompaniment with your coffee or if you prefer, the breakfast of champions.
A 70% single origin dark chocolate from Ecuador, simple and divine. Very smooth mouth feel for a 70% dark chocolate, very slight bitterness and luxurious with a red wine, port or dark belgian beer. For the die hard dark chocolate fan, this one is for you.
The "Oranji" bar is best described as a dark chocolate bar packed with a fresh juicy citrusy flavour of a fresh squeezed orange, with the slight bitterness and chewiness of goji berries blended in for balance. Beautiful on it's own or simply paired with a crisp white wine, the combination will take your pairing experience to a whole new level. Very refreshing.
Our "Peppa" bar, short for pepper is a little exotic we admit. But it's amazing. A blend of 55% dark Belgian chocolate and Italian cracked pepper, it's nothing short of perfection when paired with a bold red wine. Why? you ask..... well what makes it an interesting combination is the pepper flavour hits the same part of your tongue then the tannins of the wine. If you taste your wine, take a small bite and let it melt, crunch it a bit, then try the wine. You'll find your wine now has an altogether new flavour profile. It will smooth out the flavour depending on the complexity of the wine. If you like something with a little heat and crunch you'll love this, it's not what you might expect and well worth a try, especially with red wine.

Based on one of our favourite combinations, peanut butter and 55% dark Belgian chocolate. We take this one step further with the addition of..... Toffee. Yes, you can have your cake and eat it too. The toffee just adds a little crunch and the wonderful buttery flavour, it works so well with the peanut butter and Dark chocolate all you need to go along with it is an ice cold glass of milk.
