Invitro Restaurant – Opening night!
It’s the best of everything, fine dining, great atmosphere and food and of course drinks. Tonight is their opening night! and we’re thrilled to be on the menu paired with an impressive flight of some amazing whisky combinations. I shouldn’t be starting with the dessert menu but I am…..
But that’s just the beginning, for starters how about the payoff” Baked brie with roasted garlic, olive oil, crostini with local fruit preserve. Sounds mouth-watering doesn’t it. The main course, Game hen. Dry rubbed with herbs, sea salt and black peppercorn then injected with white wine, clarified butter & herbs. Stuffed with a bouquet garni and lemon rind. Yum.
